A custom-designed interior featuring wall paneling throughout and a vintage diner-inspired bar. The space complements an Asian comfort food menu with unique cocktails, curated wines, and a thoughtfully selected beer list.
What we most appreciate about working with Weston and the McClure company are their dedication, attention to detail and meticulousness. In our experience, you can't really teach or convince someone to have high standards, so this precision and dedication, which are second nature to them, make them easily stand out in a world where getting it done is almost always prized over getting it done right. They take great care to refine their work until it meets their high standards, and aren't afraid to be critical and do their best to communicate explicitly throughout to ensure expectations are shared and always met.
