Our organization engaged the McClure Company to manage a $3M+ major building renovation.  Weston managed the RFP process to select the General Contractor and then continued on as our agent responsible for managing the timeline, liaising with the GC and subcontractors and tracking expenditures against the project budget.  The bi-weekly project meetings he ran kept the organization up to date on every aspect of the project.  We were extremely pleased with the McClure company's work on our behalf and would certainly use the company again in the future.
